Commercial Coffee Machine Servicing
Regular servicing is the single most effective way to extend the working life of a commercial coffee machine. GMS Espresso recommends that all commercial machines — whether espresso, bean-to-cup or filter — are serviced at least once every 12 months.
Our servicing procedure is carried out on your premises in most cases, typically completed within a couple of hours and with minimal disruption to your operation. We work on all major commercial brands including La Marzocco, Victoria Arduino, Synesso, Nuova Simonelli, Jura, Franke and many more.
Think of it as an annual MOT for your machine. Small issues caught early are inexpensive to fix. Left unaddressed, they become major faults — and major faults mean downtime.

Coffee Machine Repair
When something goes wrong with a commercial coffee machine, a fast, effective repair is critical. GMS Espresso provides repair services for all commercial machine types — espresso, bean-to-cup and traditional filter — whether you are an existing service contract customer or not.
Our process starts with telephone triage. Our trained operators can diagnose many common faults remotely, often getting your machine back up and running without the cost and delay of an engineer visit. Where an on-site repair is needed, our engineers carry a comprehensive stock of common spare parts for first-visit resolution.
In cases where the machine cannot be repaired on-site — for example, where specialist workshop equipment is required — we will arrange collection, carry out the repair at our dedicated service facility, and return the machine fully tested and ready for use.
