Customer Service Administrator

We are a leading supplier of coffee machines and coffee machine servicing to businesses within the UK. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced customer service administrator to join our expanding team and your role primarily is:

Administer and maintain data entry into GMS systems

Including delivery notes, engineers job sheets, update addresses and machine types, job allocation, updating stock control portal, Job closing, Job & part costings

  • Maintain robust office systems to include electronic and paper filing system
  • Plan and organise work efficiently, dealing with unexpected tasks to ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Provide meaningful, value adding analysis on issues impacting the business both current and future (reports where necessary)(and within your capabilities)
  • Review and ensure weekly collection of monies owed to the business (only holiday cover)
  • Letter writing where necessary
  • Be a team player with genuine enthusiasm to make a contribution to the company

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Excellent reading, writing and arithmetic skills required
  • Competent in use of Microsoft office, Excel, Outlook, Tesseract system
  • Discretion in the handling of confidential information
  • Hard working and can cope under pressure
  • Organised and capability to adapt to change as the business needs & grows
  • Pleasant and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of people & companies
  • Ready to take on more responsibility as the business grows and changes
  • Good ability to work in a demanding environment
  • Ability to work & meet deadlines
  • Time management
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills

In return the business offers a basic salary of £19k to £22K, A company uniform, company pension and 20 days (+bank holidays) ..
